Hillingdon Women's Centre

OPEN TO ALL WOMEN

Hillingdon Women's Centre is a registered charity run as a collective. All the business of the centre is dealt with at open meetings held every six weeks.

We have one paid worker and rely on the volunteers to help with the running of the centre.

Currently we have the following volunteering vacancies:

  • Fundraiser
  • Bid Writer
  • HR
  • Drop in services
  • Voluntary Counsellor /Crisis Counsellor- Must have at least 250 hours of
    1-2-1 counselling experience and could be someone working towards accreditation.
  • Newsletter Co-ordintor
  • Director/Trustees-must have experience of the women's sector, be women friendly, take an active role in the centre and take responsibility. Be willing to learn to, or know how to work collectively, be willing to be CRB checked and attend regular evening meetings.

There are no vacancies at the moment for:
Volunteer solicitors for the legal advice service.
